Chocolate Dipped Clementines
Ingredients
4-6 clementines
200g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
Flaky sea salt
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the clementines and separate them into segments. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate either over a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.
Dip each clementine segment halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
Place the dipped clementines onto the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt over each chocolate-dipped clementine segment while the chocolate is still wet.
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
Once the chocolate has hardened, transfer the chocolate-dipped clementines to a serving plate and enjoy!
