Sweet Pepper Pasta Salad

Ingredients 

  • 8 oz (about 225g) pasta cooked and cooled

  • 4 sweet mini peppers, thinly sliced

  • 3 mini cucumbers, diced

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1 cup ginger dressing

  • 2 tablespoons everything with the bagel seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the sliced sweet mini peppers, diced mini cucumbers, crumbled feta cheese, and everything but the bagel seasoning to the bowl with the cooked pasta.

  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
