Ranch Roasted Brussels sprouts
Ingredients
1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup ranch dressing
2 teaspoons ranch seasoning or (1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder)
Salt to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels, parmesan, olive oil, seasoning, and salt
Spread on a lined baking sheet and flip until all Brussels sprouts are cut side down
Bake for 20 minutes
Flip then bake for another 15-20 minutes until browned
If you want your sprouts extra crispy broil for an additional 2-3 minutes before removing them from the oven
Serve with ranch dipping sauce and lemon wedges
