Ranch Roasted Brussels sprouts 

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved 

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing 

  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning or (1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder)

  • Salt to taste 

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 

  • Lemon wedges for serving


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F 

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Brussels, parmesan, olive oil, seasoning, and salt 

  3. Spread on a lined baking sheet and flip until all Brussels sprouts are cut side down 

  4. Bake for 20 minutes 

  5. Flip then bake for another 15-20 minutes until browned 

  6. If you want your sprouts extra crispy broil for an additional 2-3 minutes before removing them from the oven

  7. Serve with ranch dipping sauce and lemon wedges
