  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 small onion diced

  • 4 garlic cloves minced

  • 1/2 cup vodka

  • 2 cups crushed tomatoes

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

  • 12 oz pasta of choice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Season chicken with Italian seasoning salt and pepper

  6. Slowly pour in your heavy cream while stirring the sauce. Bring to a simmer again.

  7. Add your pasta directly into the pan. Reserve some pasta water in case the sauce needs to be thinned.
