Alfredo Salmon

Ingredients 

  • 3 (6 oz) salmon fillets cut into bite sized cubes 

  • 1 tsp garlic powder 

  • 1 tsp onion powder 

  • 3 tsp Italian seasoning 

  • 4 tbsp butter 

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream 

  • 3 cloves garlic minced 

  • Salt 

  • Pepper 

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 

  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh dill 

  • Lemon for serving


Directions

  1.  Season cubed salmon with garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning 

  2. Add to a greased pan on high heat

  3. sear for 2-3 minutes on one side until crisp, then flip and sear the other size for 2-3 minutes 

  4. Remove cooked salmon from the pan 

  5. Decrease heat to low then add butter to the pan and stir until fully melted 

  6. Add in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (3-5 minutes)

  7. Add in heavy cream and salt and pepper to taste. Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

  8. Add in Parmesan Cheese and stir until completely smooth. If your sauce needs to be thinned you can add more heavy cream 

  9. Serve salmon with Alfredo sauce, fresh dill, and lemon
